How To Schedule
To schedule an appointment, choose a convenient location near you and give us a call!
If you are in pain or have an emergency, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before your appointment to take care of any necessary paperwork. If this is your first visit with us, you can find your new patient forms and anything else you will need to bring here.
Preoperative consultations are mandatory for any patient undergoing IV anesthesia. You also may want to schedule a consultation prior to your procedure if you have a complex problem, other medical concerns, are feeling anxious, or have a lot of questions regarding either your procedure or financing options.
Please note that any child under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian on their first appointment.
What To Bring

If you are a returning patient, please remember to bring a list of your current medications (including over-the-counter drugs that you take daily) and dosage information. We also ask that you either bring or have your primary dentist forward copies of any dental x-rays done in the last six months.
Also, please remember to schedule a ride home if you are undergoing IV anesthesia.
Your appointment slot is reserved just for you. To ensure that you can make it to your appointment, please remember to make any necessary arrangements with work, school, and your ride home in advance.
However we do understand that illnesses, flat tires, and other emergencies occur. If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you give us at least 48 hours notice. This allows us to offer your time slot to another patient who might be on the waitlist.
Our number one concern is providing the best possible dental care to our patients, while still making it as affordable as possible. Providing services in a timely manner is critical to making this a reality. When you miss an appointment without giving us enough notice, that time slot remains empty. This adds to the overall cost of care, and also results in someone missing an opportunity to improve their health.
