About: Dr. Steven Hymovitch, also known as “Dr. H,” is the founder and CEO of Valley Endodontics and Oral Surgery. He has run 10 successful endodontic and oral surgery practices throughout Arizona since 1996. Additionally, Dr. H is the proud co-founder of The Scottsdale Leadership and Coaching Center, where he coaches executives, upper management, and doctors within the healthcare industry.

Favorite Part of the Job: Endodontics has many new technologies such as 3D imaging and microscopes. I enjoy using these tools to help educate patients and provide excellent dental care so that patients can overcome any apprehension they may have towards treatment and become excited to save their teeth!
Interests: Traveling and hiking around the Southwest and making ceramic pottery.

Favorite Part of the Job: I enjoy endodontics because it combines challenging work with the opportunity to really help people who are in pain. Many patients who come to see me are nervous or scared and need someone who can alleviate the pain and talk them through their anxiety. When you are worried and in pain, you want someone who can confidently guide you back to dental health.
Interests: Spending time with my wife and son, golf, hiking with my two dogs and family, Tennessee college football.

Interests: Loves martial arts and is a black belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also loves to golf on his off time.

Favorite Part of the Job: A native of Arizona, he graduated from Glendale High School and then the U.S. Military Academy at West Point, New York. He served in the U.S. Army prior to earning his dental degrees. Dr. Salazar considers it a privilege to treat his patients and knows that most people fear the words “root canal.” He prides himself in trying to do endodontic therapy in a professional and painless manner. Dr. Salazar is also on the faculty at the Midwestern School of Dentistry, Glendale, campus.
Interests: All sports, playing golf, and woodworking.

Favorite Part of the Job: There are times when I find myself being more than an endodontist to my patients. Sometimes I am a teacher, and sometimes I am a psychologist. Dr. Erica Becker, DDS

Loma Linda University, California. She cmpleted her residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Dr. Becker practices a full scope of Oral and Maxillofacial surgery and is trained in dentoalveolar surgery including complex grafting and implant surgery, office-based anesthesia, TMJ surgery and prosthetic replacements, traumatic facial reconstruction, benign pathology and corrective jaw surgery. She is a member of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS), American Dental Association, and Arizona Dental Association. She enjoys participating in community outreach programs and has and continues to be involved in mission trips to help the underserved. In her free time she enjoys traveling, cooking and baking, and spending time with family and friends.

Andrew Kiss, DDS, MD

USC School of Dentistry.  He completed a six-year residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at UCSF, where he earned his Medical Degree. 
During residency, he completed one year of General Surgery training which exposed him to the most medically complex patients.  His current focus is dentoalveolar surgery, wisdom teeth, bone grafting, dental implants, benign pathology, corrective jaw surgery, maxillofacial trauma and reconstruction.  He delivers comfortable in-office general anesthesia and IV sedation with the highest standards of safety.  Dr. Kiss strives to provide quality care through state of the art treatments. Interests: time with family and friends, exploring nature, and sports.

Favorite Part of the Job: Many people suffer and experience a multitude of Oral and Maxillofacial conditions that affect their daily lives including dental pain, pathology, TMJ problems, orofacial pain and obstructive sleep apnea. Not to mention the often overlooked self-confidence issues associated with not being satisfied with the appearance of their teeth and smile. I truly love meeting these individuals and listening to their stories as we work together along with other dental professionals to relieve pain and help achieve their goals.
Interests: Traveling, golfing, tennis, fishing, and restoring classic cars.

Marisa Cucco has documented leadership success in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. She is skilled in assessing needs and designing meaningful outcomes, with particular experience in relationship management and company growth. Marisa is excited for the opportunity to share this knowledge with our company partners, and has an extensive background in sales training and adult learning. She also specializes in assisting the build of successful teams through her many certifications in Emotional Intelligence (EQ) and Leadership Development Courses.
